Fern & Co brings a vibrant, garden-inspired oasis to Christchurch International Airport. Drawing from Christchurch’s reputation as the “Garden City,” this all-day café features a striking overhead trellis as its centerpiece, framing the main island & showcasing a diverse menu of specialty coffees (including single-origin C4 brews), hearty breakfasts, fresh salads, & indulgent treats. The surrounding walls echo the trellis motif, while lush plants infuse the space with serene, natural energy—creating a calming escape amid the airport’s hustle. Tailor Inc. commissioned us to photograph & capture the intricate interior design, thoughtful botanical details, & immersive atmosphere that make Fern & Co a welcoming respite for travellers.
